Welcome to Prit ("Service"), a Travel Plan Co-working Workspace Service provided by RestyNation ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). This Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of our Service. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Definitions

"User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses Prit. "Workspace" refers to a collaborative environment within Prit where Users can create and manage travel plans. "Travel Plan" refers to an individual travel itinerary created within a Workspace.

3. Account Registration

3.1. To use Prit, you must create an account using either your email address or Google account.

3.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.4. You must be at least 13 years old to use Prit.

4. User Content

4.1. You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through Prit ("User Content").

4.2. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such User Content for the purpose of providing and improving Prit.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5.2. By using Prit, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
